Dr. Lydia Sham brings a unique combination of extensive medical experience, surgical expertise, and a passion for aesthetic medicine to her practice in Bailieborough. With a strong background and a rich experience of over 11 years in General Surgery, Dr. Lydia has developed a meticulous approach to patient care, with particular attention to anatomy, precision, and safety.

Alongside her surgical experience, Dr. Lydia is also attached as a Specialist Trainee with the HSE, where compassionate, patient-centred care and an understanding of individual wellbeing remain central to her professional practice.

Her interest in aesthetic medicine grew from a desire to combine her medical knowledge and technical skills with her passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. To develop her expertise further, she undertook specialist training in Aesthetic Medicine in London, gaining focused knowledge and practical experience in advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

This journey led to the establishment of her own aesthetic clinic in Bailieborough, Cavan—providing personalised, professional, and medically informed treatments in a welcoming environment.

Dr. Lydia has special interest and expertise in Botox, dermal fillers, and skin boosters, with an emphasis on subtle, natural-looking results rather than an over-treated appearance.
